We want you to love what you receive from us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may request an exchange or return.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and undamaged.

If you decide not to keep your order upon delivery, you may refuse it; however, shipping charges will still apply.

In case you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us right away. We’ll arrange a replacement and guide you through returning the item with the courier.
